Turn matching buildings into a useful short list.
The finder compares buildings and published layouts. This checklist helps you turn those results into specific questions for leasing.
Set the requirements before moving the filters
Write down the location, approximate size and move date that would make a building useful to your team. Then separate requirements from preferences. A larger published layout is not automatically a better fit if its rooms or delivery timing do not suit the way you work.
Record why each building made the list
Keep the property name and exact address beside the requirement it appears to meet. Open its own website for plans and building detail. Finder matches are a way to narrow the conversation; they are not a live suite reservation or an assurance that a listed layout is available.
Ask for the exact premises
Give leasing the buildings and configurations you are considering. Ask which suites or floors are currently offered, whether adjoining space is available and which plan describes the proposed premises. Keep any possible combination marked as a question until leasing confirms it.
Compare the delivery assumptions
Identify what exists today and what depends on proposed work. Ask for the expected possession date, the condition at delivery and the milestones still to be completed. Keep the planned 1918 Main Street remodel separate from assumptions about an existing finished suite.
Close the loop after each tour
Record the spaces you actually saw, what fit and what needs clarification. Request written terms using the same size, cost and timing assumptions for each option. Return to the property site for its current leasing contact; the finder itself does not confirm inventory.
Choose the next step
Use the property information to prepare your questions, then confirm current premises, costs and dates with leasing.
